You should immediately contact Western States Bank by calling 800-416-8281 or emailing abuse@westernstatesbank.com if you have encountered a fraudulent email or website.
Remember that Western States Bank uses PassMark Security to protect your online accounts. You should NEVER enter your Login ID, password or security information unless your correct PassMark Image and Phrase have been displayed on your screen. You should contact the bank immediately if your PassMark Image or Phrase is incorrect or absent.
Report Suspicious Telephone Calls
You should immediately contact Western States Bank by calling 800-416-8281 or emailing abuse@westernstatesbank.com if you have received a suspicious telephone call requesting personal or account information from a person claiming to be from the bank.
Never give your personal or account information to a stranger who contacts you. If you are unsure that the person you are talking to is an employee of the bank, tell the caller you are going to hang up and verify the call with your local branch.
