The First Time You Use In Touch banking:
Have the primary account holder's Social Security Number or Tax ID Number handy.
Have your account number(s) handy.
Call 800-403-5487
When you are asked for your Personal Identification Number
for the first time,
enter the last four digits of the primary Social Security or Tax ID Number.
The system will then ask you to change to a new four digit PIN number.
Change the PIN number for each account you wish to access or transfer funds between.
Each account will have a PIN number. The same four digit number may be used for each account.
After you have entered a new PIN number for each account, you will always use this number when calling.
